At a glance
- We collect what we need to run repwolf: your account and the workouts you log.
- We never sell your personal information.
- We don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- Partner gyms only see your data when you link your membership, and only what's described below.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account in the app.
1. Who we are
repwolf (“repwolf”, “we”, “us”) is developed and operated by repwolf.fit. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the developer. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy, except where we process information on behalf of a partner gym (see section 6).
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to:
- the repwolf mobile apps for iOS and Android, including lock screen features (Live Activities and ongoing notifications);
- the repwolf apps for Apple Watch and Wear OS;
- the website at repwolf.fit; and
- the repwolf Gym Console used by partner gyms and their staff.
Together we call these the “Services”.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information — name, email address and password, or the identifier provided if you sign in with Apple or Google. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive only a relay address.
- Profile information — optional details such as display name, photo, units (kg/lb), training goals, experience level, and body measurements like height and body weight.
- Workout content — routines you create or follow, exercises, sets, reps, weights, rest times, RPE, notes and personal records.
- Support messages — what you send us when you contact support or give feedback.
Information collected with your permission
- Camera — used to scan QR codes on gym equipment and to record form-check videos. We don't access your camera unless you use these features.
- NFC — used only when you tap an NFC tag on partner gym equipment, to identify that machine.
- Notifications — used for rest timers, workout reminders and Live Activities. You can turn these off in your device settings.
Information collected automatically
- Device & app information — device model, operating system version, app version, language and time zone.
- Usage information — which features you use and when, used in aggregate to improve the product.
- Diagnostics — crash reports and performance logs.
- Website — our website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or browsing history, and we do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA / Android Advertising ID).
Information from third parties
- Partner gyms — if you link your membership, your gym may share your membership status and check-ins with us (see section 6).
4. How we use information
- To provide the Services — create your account, log and sync your workouts across your phone, lock screen and watch, run rest timers and show your history.
- To personalise your training — recommend routines, calculate estimated one-rep maxes, suggest progressions and show progress analytics.
- To connect you with your gym — show your gym's machines and routines when you've linked a membership.
- To manage gym subscriptions — check which features you have access to.
- To keep the Services safe and working — prevent fraud and abuse, fix bugs, and monitor performance.
- To communicate with you — send service messages (for example, security or billing notices) and, if you opt in, product news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
6. Partner gyms & Gym Console
For members
If you link your repwolf account to a partner gym, the gym can see:
- your name, email and membership status;
- your check-ins and which of the gym's machines you've scanned; and
- which of the gym's routines you've started.
Your gym cannot see your personal workout history or body measurements unless you turn on sharing for that data in Settings → Gym. You can unlink a gym at any time. Your gym handles the information it receives under its own privacy policy.
For gyms using the Gym Console
When a gym uploads or manages member, staff, billing or class data in the Gym Console, the gym is the controller of that data and repwolf processes it on the gym's behalf, under our agreement with the gym. Members of that gym should contact the gym directly about how it uses their data; we'll help the gym respond to those requests.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except:
- information we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons;
- information needed to resolve disputes or prevent fraud and abuse; and
- copies in encrypted backups, which are overwritten within 90 days.
Crash and diagnostic logs are kept for up to 90 days.
8. Your choices & rights
Wherever you live, you can:
- Correct your profile and workout data directly in the app.
- Delete your account and data — see section 10.
- Withdraw permissions for camera, NFC or notifications in your device settings.
9. Deleting your account
In the app: open repwolf and go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. This deletes your account and the personal data associated with it, as described in section 8.
Without the app: email privacy@repwolf.fit with the subject “Delete my account” from the email address on your account. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted: your profile, workout history, routines, media, linked gyms and device data. What may be kept: records we must keep by law, such as transaction records, for the period the law requires.
10. Security
We protect your information with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls with least privilege, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the “Last updated” date above and, if the changes are significant, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
